My journey started as a Pilates and fitness instructor, grew into roles as an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist, and for over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients, athletes, and leaders worldwide. I’ve trained teams, spoken internationally, and taught on Postural Restoration, breathwork, movement, leadership, and mindset.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve built and led within healthcare corporate settings, managed large teams, and owned my own business for over a decade. Those experiences taught me that life stressors are not obstacles—they’re blessings in disguise. Thriving is a lifestyle. It’s a choice. And you can uplevel wherever you are.
My passion is making the complex simple—giving people practical tools, frameworks, and systems of nervous system regulation, leadership, breathwork, movement, and mindset that unlock resilience, durability, and expanded capacity.
